MCR provides onsite maintenance of DL/ID and registration equipment. All technicians are manufacturer certified — DataCard, Zebra, DIS, Dell, HP and Datamax. Prior to installation, technicians are trained and certified by the manufacturer and the primary vendor on the equipment being installed.
Technicians visit each site and provide inventory reports on consumables as required by the contract, keeping every terminal stocked and audit-ready.
PM runs depending on contract requirements, ranging from quarterly to annual cadence.
